On April 29, 2010, the Board of County Commissioners authorized and directed Land Use staff to draft Land Use Code regulations specific to medical marijuana facilities. At the May Planning Commission meeting, staff will present draft Land Use Code changes that recommend creating a new use classification for Medical Marijuana Centers. Public testimony will be taken. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
