So yes - its Holiday time - and I'm FULL of foods that clog - not foods that clear. What do I mean? Well - when I choose food, I like to choose as if I'm eating for the next phase of my life. Where do I want my life to take me - what do I want 2010 to look like. How do I want to see myself and how to I want to feel? That approach first begins with knowing that there is no one right diet for every person. Through working closely with clients, learning about their individual needs and responses to different variables and then assessing the best approach to wellness for each client.
Education
Susanne received her training as a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutritional Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She received her education from Columbia University's Teachers College and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, studying under natural health and nutrition experts such as Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Dr. Christiane Northrup, David Wolfe, Dr. Walter Willett, Barry Sears, and many others.

Surveys and meetings have been held to determine the project priorities and direction and results will be posted in early 2012.

 

ROAD REPAVING

Attend the next informational meeting on Dec 7th to hear about the benefits the NCA believes a PID will provide for Niwot if voter approved next year.
